Orders placed Friday after 3pm, Saturday, Sunday and Monday will ship on Tuesday. 

Orders placed on Tuesday and Wednesday before noon will ship on Wednesday. 

Orders placed after 1pm on Wednesday, orders placed on Thursday and orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday the following week.

How to enjoy it

We've said it before and we'll say it again; simpler is always better when your ingredients are high quality. For this paté, we recommend making a simple sandwich with frisée, shallots and chives.

However, patés are excellent additions to a charcuterie board because they add a new textural component that pairs well with any vessel; toast points, crackers, potato chips, gingersnaps…..

How it's made

Made with coarse ground pork and liver mixed with the highest quality herbs, spices, Oregon hazelnuts and honey, then bound with a traditional panade. It is then gently steamed and capped with house-rendered lard.
