Pork Rillette Gougeres

We added our own touch to this delicious dish, we used our favorite Gougere recipe from Epicurious

Step 1: Make this Gougere recipe! (We subbed Parmesan for Gruyere, but either would be amazing.)

Step 2: After the Gougeres come out of the oven, slice them in half.

Step 3: Put a dab of whole grain mustard (this is our favorite!) and a generous helping of Pork Rilletes inside the Gougere.

Step 4: Serve at any and every party this Holiday Season!
