We tend to make everything at Olympia Provisions, but when it came to mustard we decided we couldn't improve upon the perfection of Edmond Fallot. Our charcuterie boards all have this amazing mustard for the perfect blend of heat and acid to cut through the rich charcuterie and refresh your palate.
Edmond Fallot has been a mustard mill and oil press operating in France since 1840. This mustard is still ground using traditional mill stones, avoiding the overheating of seed, which retains all of the flavor and bite for an exceptionally long time.
