• Chorizo Rioja (chor-IZ-oh ri-OH-ha) is a Spanish-style salami with both sweet & smoked paprika, garlic & oregano.
• Chorizo Navarre (chor-IZ-oh nah-VAR) is flavored with sweet paprika, garlic & cayenne.
• Salchichon (sahl-CHEE-chahn) is a Spanish-style festival salami with cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, black pepper, garlic & paprika.
• Chorizo Andalucia (chor-IZ-oh anda-LOO-chee-AH) is flavored with paprika, garlic & clove.

Shipping Details:

We ship our award-winning Salamis Monday-Thursday.

All orders received by 12 PM PST on Monday-Thursday will be sent out that same day. Orders received Friday-Sunday will ship out the following Monday.

For orders placed on Thursday: If the courier estimates more than a 2-day transit time, we may hold your order until the following Monday to ensure it will not sit in a shipping warehouse over the weekend.
