At Olympia Provisions, we commit to taking the whole animal from our farmers. We use some of the pork in our salami, sausages, bacon, and other products, but we need to find a home for every cut. Purchasing these pork chops helps us use more of each animal, buy more pigs from our partner farms, pay farmers a fair return, and continue growing our Farmers Network.
