Orders placed Friday after 3pm, Saturday, Sunday and Monday will ship on Tuesday. 

Orders placed on Tuesday and Wednesday before noon will ship on Wednesday. 

Orders placed after 1pm on Wednesday, orders placed on Thursday and orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday the following week.

How to enjoy it

This sausage can withstand a lot of heat and lots of different applications. We recommend dabbling in traditional Spanish dishes, like paella, octopus a la plancha or skewering it on a gilda. You can also chop this sausage into smaller pieces, then cook, giving any dish a kick and a depth of flavor.

Score your sausage with a sharp Chef’s knife on both sides before adding to a hot pan with a bit of oil. This ensures a perfect sear, while also giving you some guideposts for slicing and eating. You’ll want to make sure to cook the sausage all the way through, while achieving a beautiful, crispy exterior. This can also be achieved on a grill, or over open flame.
