Orders placed Friday after 3pm, Saturday, Sunday and Monday will ship on Tuesday. 

Orders placed on Tuesday and Wednesday before noon will ship on Wednesday. 

Orders placed after 1pm on Wednesday, orders placed on Thursday and orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday the following week.

snack and gift all year round. Slightly sour, smoky with a touch of chili flake, this sausage is totally shelf stable!

• Made from 100% high quality pork
• No liquid smoke, just real apple wood
• No coloring or dyes
• House-made pickled mustard seeds
• Hand dipped in red wax (plastic free!)

Grab your favorite cheddar cheese, a cold
beer, and some crackers and you’re set for
a delicious adventure. Peel the wax
back, remove the casing, slice to your ideal
thickness, then top it with a hunk of cheddar
cheese and an ice cold beer.

How it's made

Premium pork and fatback is ground and mixed with fresh spices, garlic and pickled mustard seed. The summer sausage is stuffed into beef casings, fermented, and then smoked over a blend of hardwood chips.
