Orders placed Friday after 3pm, Saturday, Sunday and Monday will ship on Tuesday. 

Orders placed on Tuesday and Wednesday before noon will ship on Wednesday. 

Orders placed after 1pm on Wednesday, orders placed on Thursday and orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday the following week.

How to enjoy it

Greek Souvlaki is the ideal recipe for enjoying our Loukaniko. Skewer fresh tomatoes, onions, peppers and sausage over an open flame or grill, then pile high on a platter. Add pita, tzatziki, and hunks of feta to the table. Pair with a light pilsner or a mineral-y white wine, and preferably a backyard with a good view.

We grind premium pork and fatback, then mix it with the freshest herbs and spices, straight from the spice room. After getting stuffed into casings and delicately hung on racks, our sausages are rolled into the smokehouse. There, they are smoked or steamed over a proprietary blend of hardwoods. You’ll really taste the real smoke flavor, as it’s complementary, never aggressive. The high quality pork yields a luscious, rich flavor and of course fresh ingredients always create a superior sausage.
