How to enjoy it

Let the mousse sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving and spread it on toasted brioche or crostini. Pair with quince paste, Marcona almonds, and a drizzle of olive oil to finish. Enjoy with a glass of Amontillado Sherry or your favorite Cava or Champagne.
