Eli met Brad in 2017 at Feast Portland, and shortly after filmed an episode of Brad's show "It's Alive" for Bon Appetit's YouTube channel. Their camaraderie was palpable the moment they got in the same room. A shared love and affection for slow processes with food, hunting, fermentation, and positive energy.
