About the Restaurant
Inspired by co-founder Elias Cairo’s five-year apprenticeship in the Swiss Alps, this is our version of an Alpine chalet restaurant, like any you might stumble into after a long day of traipsing the mountainside. Our menu is an homage to traditional Alpine cuisine, spanning from the eastern boundaries of France to Northern Italy, Southern Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Slovenia. Enjoy an expertly curated Alpine wine list and thoughtful spritz and cocktail program.
