Kim Baptista
Kim hails from Pennsylvania, where she began her restaurant career. She fell in love with wine working as a sommelier at an inn in Lancaster. Kim’s worked for Olympia Provisions for over 3 years as a manager, she has now taken the role as sommelier after becoming certified through the Court of Master Sommeliers in 2020. In her off days, she enjoys exploring the beauty the PNW has to offer, playing piano, creating art, and of course sipping fabulous wine.
