Dock Party Thursdays at Olympia Provisions: A Celebration of Local Flavor

Every Thursday in August, Olympia Provisions is throwing a party—and you're invited. From 3:00–6:00 PM at our dock (123 SE 2nd Ave), we’re transforming our loading bay into a mini neighborhood food market filled with our favorite local makers, summer eats, and good vibes.

Whether you’re shopping for weekend grilling supplies, picnics in the park, or just want to say hi and snack with us, Dock Party Thursdays are the perfect way to connect with the Portland food community.

What to Expect

Each week, we’re joined by an incredible group of fellow artisans and producers. Here's who you’ll find this week:

Oyatsupan Bakers

New to the neighborhood, Oyatsupan brings Japanese soft milk bread, you’ll dream about all week.

Ranger Chocolate

Craft chocolate made right here in Portland. They’re known for their bold flavors, single-origin bars, and confections that are as beautiful as they are delicious.

Salt & Straw

Everyone’s favorite scoop shop is digging into their archives—and debuting limited-release and throwback flavors just for this event.

Hot Mama’s Salsa

Bold, spicy, and fresh—Hot Mama’s small-batch salsas are made with local ingredients and serious flavor.

Smith Teamaker

Chill out with beautifully brewed teas from one of Portland’s best-loved makers. They’ll be selling our favorite teas.

Olympia Provisions Offerings

At the heart of it all, we’ll be offering killer deals on our pasture-raised pork, signature sausages, salami, pantry items, and even pet treats for your four-legged friends.
