Valentines Day At Olympia Provisions

Chef Alex and Chef Colin have created fun additions to our regular menu to wow your loved one! 

 

Chef Alex for SE has created a prix fixe that will inspire all sorts of romance!  This will be available in addition to our regular menu.

Charcuterie- (Francois Pinon Touraine Brut Rose)  
Radish salad, dill, yogurt, walnuts (Nigl "Freiheit" Gruner Veltliner 2011)
Seared scallop, bacon, lemon, rosemary Domaine Labet "Fleurs" (Côtes du Jura Chardonnay 2011)
Bratwurst, potato purée, rapini, grain mustard Demi (Teutonic Wine Company Crow Vineyard Pinot Noir 2011)
Chocolate panna cotta, roasted banana anglaise, cocoa nib brittle (sommelier's choice)

Price is $50 per person and $30 for optional wine pairing

 

Chef Colin for NW has decided to add in addition to his regular menu:

Scallop carpaccio, avocado, Belgian endive, winter citrus supreme, fennel, preserved Meyer lemon vinaigrette

Lobster tortellini, forest mushrooms, bacon, hazelnuts, brandy-lobster cream sauce

A wine flight to start with oysters and end with a hunk of meat will be available!
