This pasture raised salami from Deck Family Farms in Junction City, OR is simply seasoned with sea salt with a luscious mouthfeel. The farm allows their hogs to root around in open pastures and oak woodlands and feeds them a diet of their custom-milled grains and hazelnuts. This well-rounded diet, exercise, and access to pasture results in a high quality, flavorful meat. We are proud to offer this French-inspired, Oregon grown salami just for you!
