Our very own Salumist, Elias Cairo and Chef-Owner Andy Ricker of Pok Pok restaurants, paired up to create this flavor-filled, traditional Thai grilling sausage. Deeply rooted in the culture of Northern Thailand, this amazing new product features lemongrass, galangal, and a unique blend of spices. Grill, slice into bite size pieces and enjoy with your favorite naam phrik (Thai chili sauce), steamed vegetables, pork rinds and sticky rice!
