Nonna's Kale and Provolone Italian Sausage
Right out of grandma's kitchen, this Italian sausage is spiced with a blend of garlic, fennel, and chili flake then studded with kale and provolone cheese. This sausage was made in partnership with Feast, our very own Salumist, and Chef Joshua McFadden of Ava Gene’s was made to support Feast. Grill and serve with peperonata (a McFadden staple featured in his book Six Seasons: A New Way with Vegetables) for a match made in heaven. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Partners for a Hunger-Free Oregon and Urban Gleaners.
