Our specialty small batch pickles are hand-crafted with the same care as our award-winning American charcuterie. We work directly with the best Northwest farms to preserve local produce within our growing season. We always use fresh herbs, whole spices, complimentary aromatics, and quality vinegar to create the perfect jar of pickles.

Shipping info

Orders placed Friday after 3pm, Saturday, Sunday and Monday will ship on Tuesday. 

Orders placed on Tuesday and Wednesday before noon will ship on Wednesday. 

Orders placed after 1pm on Wednesday, orders placed on Thursday and orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday the following week.

    Refrigerate upon opening. Use within 30 days. Serve on charcuterie board, relish tray, pickle platter, or eat right from the jar standing in front of the open refrigerator late at night. Why not?

How to enjoy it
