  • Saucisson d'Arles,  Deck Family Farms - Our simplest style salami, made from pasture-raised pork exclusively from the lush Willamette Valley; Deck Family Farms in Junction City, OR. Deliciously fatty, tender, and seasoned simply with salt, this is an exclusive single origin salami only available for a limited time!
  • Saucisson d'Arles,  Malheur River Meats - Our simplest style salami, made from pasture-raised pork exclusively from the high desert of Malheur River Meats in Vale, OR. Deliciously fatty, tender, and seasoned simply with salt, this is only available for a limited time!

All salamis are 4.5oz and made using natural/edible hog casings and slow fermentation with authentic live molds. Re-wrap in paper and store in the refrigerator.
