Where do you deliver to?

Our Portland Pantry Delivery service delivers to most of the Portland Metro Area Monday through Friday (for Your Kitchen Garden subscriptions please see below).

All orders placed before 2PM will ship on the next available delivery day for your zip code. We deliver on Mondays - Fridays, between 9 AM-6 PM. 


When will my YKG Subscription Box arrive? 

Boxes are delivered either Monday or Tuesday, depending on your zip code.

I tried to order something else from your website with something from the Portland Pantry, but when I check out there are no shipping options available.

The Portland Pantry Delivery service is available only for certain products. They must have a sticker on the bottom right of the photo that says "Portland Delivery Only" to be eligible.

What's the difference between home delivery and the rest of your webstore?

Our Portland Pantry service offers a limited but curated selection of products that are different than the offerings on our webstore. These products we deliver ourselves to customers in the Portland metro area. When ordering other products from our webstore, we ship via USPS or FedEx. If you would like products from both selections, they must be ordered separately at this time. 

What do I need in order to purchase wine, cider, & beer?

We can't ship alcohol through our normal web store, but we can sell it online for local home delivery through our new Portland Pantry service! You must be 21 years or older to purchase and you must provide age verification upon delivery. We realize social distancing is crucial right now so will work with you to make sure deliveries are as contactless as possible. If won't be home to receive your delivery please contact us so we can schedule a delivery time that will work for you.

What can I expect when you deliver my order?

All orders will be delivered according to the above shipping schedule. If you expect not to be home please leave a cooler out for us to place cold products inside of. If no cooler is left outside and no one is home we will leave your order at your door. If your order contains alcohol age verification will be required before we can drop your it off.
