Every quarter Chef Victor Deras partners with Oregon City Brewing at Olympia Provisions Public House - Division for our beer pairing dinner. This quarter it's on June 17th at 7PM. It's a perfect way to celebrate the dad who loves beer!

For all of Father's Day weekend, OPSE will be offering a flight of local whiskeys. What says "I love you" like a mouth-warming beverage.
Family Style Dinner
What dad doesn't love Beer Can Chicken? OPSE will serve this family style meal all weekend long. Ex Novo Lager Beer Can chicken served with spinach and leek gratin and potato salad.
Brunch Special
The OP take on an American Classic. OPSE will make their version of Steak and Eggs with flank steak, potato JoJos, and Spanish fried egg sauce.

Dessert for Dad
Pastry Chef Mandy Groom is making a dessert special that is sure to make your dad happy. Her blonde brownie sundae with bourbon ice cream and salted caramel sauce is the perfect mix of sweet and salty.
Father's Day Boilermaker
We'll be serving Baerlic Dad Beer with a Four Roses bourbon, Ramazzotti, Benedictine, and Luxardo amaretto shot. He can drink it straight or drop it in the beer. Either way, it's a great way to celebrate with dad!
