The Perfect Charcuterie Board(s)

The Italian Board:

Salami: We have four types to choose from! Try the sampler
Deli: Mortadella, Salami Cotto or Capicola will fit nicely here
Sausage: The Italian Sausage, for sure
Accoutrement: Mixes olives and a fennel salad add the perfect balance of acid
Cheese: Pictured here is Fontina, but we also love any hard Italian Cheese

The French Board:

Saucisson: We have four types to choose from! Try the sampler
Terrine: We have Pate, Rillette and Liver Mousse. Pick one or two of these
Sausage: Why not add a hot sausage to the mix? Our favorite is Bratwurst
Pickles: Our housemade pickles pair perfectly with all of our charcuterie. Check them out here
Cheese: Pictured here is Comte! We also love anything that starts with "Triple Creme..."
Mustard: Wholegrain

The Spanish Board:

Chorizo: We have three types to choose from, as well as a Spanish festival salami. Try the sampler
Ham: Our Sweetheart Ham is divine on this board
Sausage: Why not add a hot sausage to the mix? Our favorite is Smoked Chorizo
Peppers: A bright, marinated pepper salad or pickled peppers will do the trick
Cheese: Pictured here is a beautiful Cana de Oveja, but we also love Manchego
Almonds: Smoked and salted
