Easter Ham

¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp of salt
½ cup honey
1 cup white wine
1 Olympia Provisions Sweetheart Ham

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Bring vinegar and salt to a boil, stir honey in and set aside.  Let stand.

Pour the white wine into a Dutch oven, or similar cooking pot with a tightly fitting lid. Add the ham, cover airtight and roast for 30 minutes. Remove lid, brush ham with half of the honey glaze and cook uncovered for 15 minutes. Brush with the remaining honey glaze and cook uncovered for an additional 15 minutes. The internal temperature of the ham should be 140°F- if additional cooking time is needed baste with pan juices every 10 minutes until internal temp is 140°F. Remove from oven, allow to rest 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
